Dont be fooled by this seemingly obvious state of laziness. This picture in fact represents an integral part of my training regime - the 30 minute lunch time power nap.
Apart from earning myself the nickname "Grandpa Patto" this taxing regime is putting me in good stead for race day.
Anyway enough training tips from me.
Cant wait for the race especially as I will be heading into it after a months holiday (I mean training) in Europe. Just hope my pre race taper can avoid too much beer and good food.
Glad i'm only runnin the 50 :)
